What are the mandatory documents needed to list my restaurant on Cravingo?

After I submit partner merchant application, how long it will take for my store to go live on Cravingo?

Once we received your application and verified it, takes up to 7-10 working days for the onboarding to be completed and make your store live on the platform. 

How much commission will I be charged by Cravingo?

The commission charges 10% only on all  successfull orders you made. No monthly fees, penalties or any hidden charges.

Note: You have full control on your menu price. Some partners are marking up their pricing in app to cover the commission fee. 

What do commissions cover?

Cravingo charges commission fees to bring value to your business and community. Here are some of the items it cover:

- Advertising and marketing: Being on the Cravingo app puts your business in front of new customers every day.

- Delivery driver costs: We empower our community of Riders, who make every delivery possible, by providing them flexible earning opportunities with competitive local rates, promotional pay, third party insurance, and exclusive discounts.

- Customer service and support for consumers, merchants, and riders: Customers, business owners, and riders all have unique needs that often need addressing immediately. When something goes wrong with an order, we have a team of people ready to help solve customer issues, so they’ll continue to order from your business.

- Technology platform costs: It takes a world-wide, world-class logistics, engineering, coding, marketing, and operations team to keep the Cravingo app and website, our Merchant app, and our Delivery app running. We hire the best and expect the best from our team.

- Credit card processing: Some Cravingo offerings include credit card or other online payment processing (3.5% +P 15 per order), so you have less to worry about when it comes to overhead expenses.

Does Cravingo charge any other fees?

Cravingo does not charge an activation fee, subscription fee, software fee, cancellation fee, contract fee or any hidden fees. You only pay us 10-12% when you made a sale.

- Get "Featured" badge on listings. 

How quickly will I get paid?

You'll get paid instantly by the delivery rider for every order upon pickup.
